The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a health functional food which is conveniently taken and has excellent uptake into the body, texture, and anti-oxidative action, through a fermentation product obtained by mixing a rice bran paste (which is obtained by mixing rice bran and milk, making a paste from the mixture, and steaming and cooling the paste) with powders Gastrodia elata, rice bran, chia seeds, and green tea (which are pulverized into microparticles), followed by fermentation with lactic acid bacteria. That is, the present invention is characterized by a method for manufacturing a health functional food using powders Gastrodia elata, rice bran, chia seeds, and green tea, the method comprising: a step for mixing rice bran and milk to make a rice bran paste; a step for steaming and sterilizing the rice bran paste; a step for cooling the steamed rice bran paste in lactic acid bacteria fermentation conditions; and a mixing and fermentation product producing step for adding lactic acid bacteria to a mixture, in which a Gastrodia elata pulverized material, chia seeds, and a green tea powder are mixed with the cooled rice bran paste, followed by fermentation.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
