The present invention relates to a healthcare system for presenting an advertisement in accordance with taking medicine and compensating when watching advertisement is confirmed, and a method for the same, capable of reducing social medical expenses and maintaining healthy life by preventing a disease of a patient from recurring or deteriorating to a serious disease by guiding the economically disadvantaged patient such as old person or disabled person to properly take medicine and be treated in right time. According to the present invention, the healthcare system for presenting an advertisement in accordance with taking medicine and compensating when watching advertisement is confirmed includes: an automatic medicine packet discharge device (1000) transmitting data on taking medicine indicating that the medicine packet is normally discharged during a predetermined first period to a server (2000); and the server (2000) transmitting and storing at least an advertisement ordered by at least an advertiser to a memory of the automatic medicine packet discharge device (1000) in accordance with the data on taking the medicine. When a user watches the advertisement using a TV system (3000), the server (2000) controls a watching right of the user and stores and manages a watching result of the user.
