CIRCULATING FLUIDIZED BED PYROLYSIS APPARATUS FOR FAST PYROLYSIS OF BIOMASS AND BIO-OIL PRODUCTION METHOD

The present invention relates to a circulating fluidized bed pyrolysis apparatus for fast pyrolysis of biomass, and to a bio-oil production method using the same. The circulating fluidized bed: is a fluidized bed operated at a higher flow rate than a bubble fluidized bed, and is able to be applied to various raw materials (large particle sizes and irregular shapes); and rapidly removes char generated in a reactor by circulating the same with a fluidizing medium, thereby being able to inhibit a second reaction caused by the char. The circulating fluidized bed pyrolysis apparatus of the present invention: has a char combustor coupled to a fluidizing medium recirculation unit, and thus uses, as an auxiliary heat source, heat generated by burning the char, which is a by-product generated during fast pyrolysis; supplies the generated combustion gas to the circulating fluidized bed, and thus is able to reduce operational costs; and is able to be applied to various raw materials, and thus has great utilization in various industrial fields.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
