The present invention relates to a system for a land suitability evaluation to provide as base data of urban planning including park planning by using evaluation target area extraction by extracting an evaluation target area which is a target for a land suitability evaluation, and assigning a land suitability index which can determine whether to develop or preserve a lot of land on each lot number of land in the extracted evaluation target area.
