The present invention relates to a system for a land suitability evaluation to provide as base data of urban planning including park planning to perform a land suitability evaluation of a planning area for establishing urban development by extracting an evaluation target area which is a target for a land suitability evaluation, estimating an estimation index for each evaluation indicator on the extracted evaluation target area, estimating an analysis index for each analysis model according to classification of a standardization method for each evaluation indicator by using a threshold index set on the basis of the estimated estimation index to generate an average index for each interval, and generating a land suitability index in the planning area which can determine whether to develop or preserve a lot of land on land in which each lot number is assigned by generating a standardization index from the generated average index for each evaluation indicator.
