The present invention relates to a siRNA gene delivery system comprising chitosan nanoparticles bonded to hyaluronic acid, and to a composition for treating cancer comprising the same. The chitosan nanoparticles, according to the present invention, can be used as the siRNA gene delivery system, and by targeting a CD44 receptor specifically expressed in a blood vessel endothelial cell of a tumor, has an excellent effect of treating cancer such as inhibiting vascularization of the tumor by selectively inhibiting gene, which is specifically expressed in the blood vessel endothelial cell of the tumor.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
