The present invention relates to a strain of Isaria fumosorosea Pf212, KACC93240P or a microbial agent for simultaneously controlling aphid, Pythium ultimum or Colletotrichum acutatum by using the same, and a method for manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, the strain is a Korean native microorganism, rapidly adapts to the environment of Korea, and rapidly exhibits a pesticide effect or a microorganism annihilation effect. Therefore, the microbial agent, prepared by using the strain, can be excellently used for a bio-pesticide for controlling aphid, Pythium ultimum or Colletotrichum acutatum. The strain or the microbial agent can be used as an eco-friendly and stable pest control means.
