The present invention relates to peptide nucleic acid probes including a nucleotide sequence expressed as SEQ ID NOS: 7 to 10 and one or more nucleotide sequences selected in a group including nucleotide sequences complementary to the above-described nucleotide sequence for multi-detection of gene mutations by being complementarily coupled to genes related to BCR/ABL-negative myeloproliferative tumors, a gene mutation multi-detection composition including the same, a kit thereof, and a method for detecting multiple gene mutations related to the BCR/ABL-negative negative myeloproliferative tumors by using the same. Accordingly, the present invention can quickly and accurately detect multiple mutations of the genes related to the BCR/ABL-negative negative myeloproliferative tumors with a single detection process, thereby effectively diagnosing BCR/ABL-negative negative myeloproliferative tumors and being useful in the diagnosis, follow-up, prognosis estimation, and treatment of diseases.
