An integrated small office and home office (SOHO) management server for SOHO management includes: an input unit receiving generation requests and registration information for generating a virtual site corresponding to SOHO devices connected to the integrated SOHO management server; a resource allocation unit receiving system resources allocated thereto based on the generation requests and registration information; a virtual site generation unit matching the allocated system resources and registration information to generate the virtual site; and an energy management device registering unit which generates virtual resources corresponding to each of the energy management devices connected to the SOHO devices on the virtual site generated based on integrated class information to register energy management devices. The registration information includes one or more of IP addresses of SOHOs, number of energy management devices connected to the SOHO devices, management periods, and access rights.
