摘要

The present invention relates to a submarine cable installation apparatus, and a submarine cable installation method and a submarine cable depth measurement method using the same. An objective of the present invention is to reduce the time and costs required for a submarine cable installation operation and a buried depth measurement operation. According to the present invention, the submarine cable installation apparatus comprises: an apparatus body connected to a ship on the water and seated on the seabed; a sensor means provided in the apparatus body to detect a submarine cable placed on the seabed; an excavation means provided in the apparatus body to excavate the seabed around the submarine cable with a high-pressure fluid; a suction means provided in the apparatus body, and sucking soil around the submarine cable and simultaneously performing excavation with the excavation means to discharge the soil to the outside of the apparatus body; and a leveling means provided in the apparatus body, and performing a flattening operation of the seabed by the self-load of the apparatus body, wherein the apparatus body may be seated on the top of the submarine cable.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
