The present invention relates to a fermented product of Dendropanax morbifera and a producing method of low-salt soybean paste using the same. The fermented product of Dendropanax morbifera of the present invention is produced by fermenting Dendropanax morbifera using a Bacillus methylotrophicus strain, and has an immunity enhancement effect. The low-salt soybean paste is produced by the following steps: mixing fermented soybean blocks and salt water; adding the fermented product of Dendropanax morbifera to the mixture of the fermented soybean blocks and salt water; and aging the mixture to which the fermented product of Dendropanax morbifera is added.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
