Disclosed are a porous nanofiber composite using an electrospinning method which is excellent in flexibility and handling properties and is capable of improving adsorption performance, thereby being suitable for using as an actuator, and a method for manufacturing the same. The porous nanofiber composite using an electrospinning method according to the present invention includes a porous material and a polymer resin layer surrounding the surface of the porous material.
