The present invention relates to a safety management terminal in an industrial and a disaster site based on an embedded system, which effectively performs safety management at an industrial site or a disaster site based on an embedded system having an extended wireless communication range, and to a safety management system using the same. The safety management terminal comprises: a mask having a front cover including a noxious gas detection sensor, a one-way filter in which one-way ventilation of an inspiratory airflow having passed through the noxious gas detection sensor is performed, an adsorption filter for adsorbing fine dust of the inspiratory airflow having passed through the one-way filter, and a colorimetric sensor with a detachable diaphragm filter attached thereto, and a side cover formed to protrude from both sides of the front cover respectively to allow an expiratory airflow to pass therethrough; and a node including a control module for generating and controlling data by receiving a detection signal of the noxious gas detection sensor, an alarm module for causing alarm by receiving control of the control module, and an embedded communication module for receiving the data and linking the data with own unique IP to be transmitted.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
