The present invention relates to an inner loop room for recirculating a solid of a dry carbon dioxide collecting apparatus, a solid recirculating method using the inner loop room, and the dry carbon dioxide collecting apparatus having the inner loop room. The dry carbon dioxide collecting apparatus comprises: an absorption reactor; an absorption reactor cyclone; a regeneration reactor; and a regeneration reactor cyclone. The present invention relates to the inner loop room which is connected to a solid inlet pipe positioned between the absorption reactor cyclone and the regeneration reactor; is positioned inside the regeneration reactor; and controls solid flow. The inner loop room for recirculating the solid of the dry carbon dioxide collecting apparatus includes: a solid inlet unit; a solid discharge unit; and a gas spraying pipe. The solid inlet unit is connected to a lower end unit of the solid inlet pipe; and inlets an absorbent which absorbs carbon dioxide. The solid discharge unit is folded to an upper side in a lower end of the solid inlet unit; includes an upper opening unit; and discharges the absorbent to the opening unit. The gas spraying pipe is positioned on one side of the solid discharge unit; injects gas to a solid layer in the solid discharge unit; and fluidizes the gas.
