The present invention relates to an eye tracking device equipped with a cognitive concentration training content and a cognitive concentration training method using the same. The eye tracking device includes: an eye tracking part which tracks the eye of a user; and a control part which performs the cognitive concentration training according to a cognitive result transmitted from the eye tracking part and stores the cognitive result.
