The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a black bean anthocyanin concentrate gelatin capsule based on IoT. The black bean anthocyanin concentrate comprises: 72% of cyanidin-3-glucoside; 20% of delphinidin-3-glucoside; and 8% of Petunidin-3-glucoside, and the concentrate is injected into a concentrate hopper including a quantitative sensor discharge nozzle. A gelatin sheet of a gelatin sheet supply system is supplied into a 40°C heating capsule forming roller including a temperature sensor, and then, 450mg of the black bean anthocyanin concentrate is discharged from the quantitative sensor discharge nozzle into a capsule for encapsulating the gelatin sheet, so when the gelatin sheet is cut or bonded, information is exchanged and corrected between 450mg of the black bean anthocyanin concentrate, sprayed from the quantitative sensor discharge nozzle, and the 40°C heating capsule forming roller, thus, a black bean anthocyanin concentrate gelatin is manufactured, which is capable of having anticancer, antihypertensive, and antioxidizing functions and improving productivity and quality.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
