The present invention relates to a method applied with a tunnel boring machine (TBM) method to dehydrate muck generated when drilling a tunnel. According to the present invention, a coagulant is inputted to solid-liquid separate muck, and the muck is pressurized and dehydrated to perform primary dehydration treatment. The primary dehydration treatment is performed in a tunnel, and a cart is utilized as a dehydration tank to be easily applied in the TBM method. Moreover, after the primary dehydration treatment, a solidifying agent is inputted to perform secondary dehydration treatment to reduce the percentage of water content of the muck less than 50%.
