The present invention relates to a method for producing 3HHx (3-hydroxyhexanoate) -derived P (HB-co-HHx) by using butyrate as a carbon source from Ralstonia Eutropha, -co-HHx) [poly (3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyhexanoate)]. The present invention can produce P (HB-co-HHx), a bioplastic having a high content of 3-hydroxyhexanoate that can improve physical properties from butyrate.
