The ship control system includes a ship information receiving unit, a radar position information generating unit, a position information converting unit, and a position information matching unit. The ship information receiving unit receives the ship identification information and the ship position information of the ship. The radar position information generation unit generates radar position information of the ship by the radar equipment. The position information conversion unit converts the received ship position information into local position information. The position information matching unit matches the converted local position information with the radar position information to generate combined position information.
