The present invention relates to a nucleic acid plasmid that can be used for the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer by specifically recognizing and binding to HER-2 overexpressing breast cancer cells or tissues and its use. The nucleic acid aptamer according to the present invention specifically recognizes and binds to HER-2 expressed on the cell surface, thereby binding HER-2 overexpressing breast cancer cells to in can be used as a target for vivo imaging or drug delivery, and can be useful as a composition for diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer, thereby contributing to an increase in the survival rate of breast cancer patients.
