The present invention provides a steel pipe pillar synthesized with an RC pillar, and a method for constructing the same. The steel pipe pillar synthesized with an RC pillar according to a suitable aspect of the present invention comprises: a plurality of circular steel pipes; an acupressure means; a surface separating means; a reinforcing bar assembly; and an RC pillar. The acupressure means is formed throughout a foundation pile embedding section to which concrete is firstly deposited at the bottom side of the circular steel pipes. The surface separating means is separated from the bottom side of the circular steel pipe to be formed throughout a basic bottom plate section to which concrete is secondly deposited. Bearing power against high load axial force becomes greater in a wide area.
