Moreover, as particles of cross-linked hyaluronic acid have a globular shape, the filler is able to be injected into a human body with small extrusion force even if a small amount of linear hyaluronic acid is contained, and the duration of the filler in the human body increases and side effects are not serious even if a small amount of cross linking agent is used. Moreover, according to the present invention, as a pusher of a filler syringe is able to be moved backward by using the thumb of a hand which holds the filler syringe, a patient does not feel pain when the push is moved backward, and the pusher is prevented from being separated from the syringe, and moreover, a pressurizing part of the pusher has an ergonomic structure to prevent a palm from being injured.
