According to the present invention, since an HA filler has advantages of both a mono-phasic HA filler and a bi-phasic HA filler, the filler has a low possibility of being moved while keeping its shape for a long time when injected into skin and the filler is suitable for superficial dermis and middle dermis. As a cross-linked hyaluronic acid particle has a globular shape, even if the filler contains a small quantity of linear hyaluronic acid, the filler is able to be injected into a human body with small extrusion force, and even if a small quantity of cross-linking agent is applied during a manufacturing procedure, the filler is able to last longer in the human body and to have less side effects. Moreover, according to the present invention, since a filler syringe includes a plunger which is able to be moved backward by using the thumb of a hand holding the syringe, the backward movement of the plunger does not cause a patient any pain, and the plunger is prevented from being separated from the syringe, and a pressurizing part of the plunger has an ergonomic structure to prevent a hand from being injured.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
