The present invention relates to an apparatus to measure concentration of a volatile organic compound and a method of measuring the concentration of a volatile organic compound using the same and, more specifically, relates to an apparatus to measure concentration of a volatile organic compound capable of having a small size and capable of measuring highly sensitive total volatile organic compounds (TVOC) in parts per billion (ppb) concentration level, and a method of measuring the concentration of a volatile organic compound using the same. To achieve this, the apparatus to measure the concentration of the volatile organic compound comprises: a first carbon dioxide measuring device measuring concentration of carbon dioxide of input gas; a second carbon dioxide measuring device measuring the concentration of carbon dioxide of discharged gas; and a volatile organic compound (VOC) decomposer arranged between the first and second carbon dioxide measuring devices.
