PURPOSE: A volatile organic compound gas detective device using a semiconductor device and a volatile organic compound sensing method using the same are provided to easily use and perform detecting and measuring on real time with low operational power consumption and to have advantages of the high durability and long lifetime.;CONSTITUTION: A volatile organic compound gas detective device using a semiconductor device comprises a detection part(500) and a measurement part(200). The detection part comprises a semiconductor device. A sensing film is arranged one or more of the semiconductor electrodes. A charge transferring is generated by the volatile organic compound gas in the sensing film.
