The present invention relates to an electron transport layer for a flexible perovskite solar cell, and a flexible perovskite solar cell using the same. The electronic transport layer includes a titanium dioxide particle doped with transition metal, thereby condensing the titanium dioxide particle, acquiring a transparent electron transport layer, and having high power change efficiency by using the same.
