Disclosed in the present invention is a manhole type groundwater and geological environment monitoring system, comprising: a complex sensor unit for sensing and transmitting groundwater and soil environment data; a groundwater-geological environment database for storing a time and space distribution material of the detected groundwater and soil environment data; and a ground risk analysis unit for receiving the stored groundwater and soil environment data and the time and space distribution material, analyzing in real time, and calculating ground risk. According to the present invention, it is possible to predict a high-risk area where ground or road depression may occur in an urban area, and effectively use the prediction for human disaster prevention. Compared with previous water quality measurement systems, it is possible to make a more precise prediction by using a correlation of factors related to groundwater, soil particle behavior, and ground risk.
