PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzing method for a ground water flow in consideration of long term variation of geological environment, like topological region and geological structure, water permeation parameter or the like. PSOLUTION: This analyzing method includes: dividing a period to be analyzed which goes back to the past determined from present into N time steps; forming FEM model for each time step; carrying out the ground water flow analysis with FEM model for the oldest time step 1; inputting this analysis result into FEM model of the following time step 2 as an initial value; and carrying out unsteady saturating/unsaturating ground water flow analysis by inputting predetermined boundary condition, while assuming that topological region and geological structure do not vary in the time step 2. Thus, after the above processes, the analysis result of the previous time step is input into the following time step's FEM model as an initial value, it asks for the ground water flow place by repeating the process which inputs predetermined boundary condition and analyzes it into time step N, it is evaluated that long term variation of geological environment affects the ground water flow.
