FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: population groups to be compared are selected. The values of the following laboratory marker indicators of thyroid disorders are determined in each examined person from both groups: free thyroxine (T4); thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH); antibodies to thyroglobulin (AB to TG); antibodies to thyroid peroxidase (antibodies to TPO). Also, the marker indicators of thyroid gland (TG) ultrasound are determined for the presence or absence of an increase in its volume above/below the physiological norm, a violation of its structure and/or blood flow. For each group, an average value is determined for each marker. For quality indicators, average values are found, taking the "zero" value in the absence of deviations from normal, and the "one" value in the event of deviations from the specified norm. Using the indicated average values for each marker, the contribution of each of them to thyroid disorders formation is determined.
