FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for comparative indicator evaluation at a population level of risk of formation of disorders of fat and carbohydrate metabolism in children consuming drinking water with different content of organochlorine compounds. For this purpose, two groups of children to be compared are sampled, consuming drinking water with various content of organochlorine compounds. In each of the examined children, the following values are determined: triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein (HDLP) and low-density lipoprotein (LDLP). Using the obtained results, an average value for each quantitative marker indicator is found in each group both with deviation from the physiological norm, and without this deviation. Based on the derived calculated parameters, the indicator value of risk (R) of fatty and carbohydrate metabolism disorders is calculated for a set of said marker values for each group of children.
