PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience of a user when a business form such as a payment statement is handled.SOLUTION: If a business form is inserted into an inserting/ejecting part 15a in an incorrect direction (step S1), an image of the business form is picked up, a type of the business form is identified on the basis of the picked up image, and an error of the insertion direction is determined (step S2). The business form determined as an error of the insertion direction is then ejected from the inserting/ejecting part 15a (step S3), and a guide is displayed by a moving image using the image of the business form so as to urge the user to re-insert the business form in a correct direction (step S4).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
