PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To escape from a downward spiral in development type manufacturing such as rough estimates due to difficulty in final details of specification, cost determination dependent on result manhour, and confusion such as great expense, period, and burden in establishing facilities as well as increasing additional value of outsourcing not dependent on dispatch configuration or business consignment on an order receiving side and to provide both existing value and survival of design specialization.SOLUTION: Design cost is clarified and commission specification final details are shortened by improving estimate accuracy by embodying an estimation method in a commissioned control design of a manufacturing facility with acting mechanism design. Furthermore, design cost reduction, shortening of delivery time and soundness of cash flow are attained by proper appropriation of resources even in an outsourcing design in a development field where generalization is extremely difficult by carrying out segmentation of products. At the same time, specifications can be determined stepwise due to segmentation of the products, control design is made possible in parallel with machinery design and process design, and efficiency in specification final details and correspondence to changes in mechanism design and process design are facilitated.
