PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catch pan which suppresses drain water back-flowing due to wind which has flowed in from a discharge port of a drain cylinder, to provide a waterproof structure of an outer wall including the same and to provide the drain cylinder which the catch pan includes.;SOLUTION: A catch pan 2 includes: a water receiving part 21 for receiving water flowing down a vertical joint of an outer wall; and a drain cylinder 3 for discharging the water received by the water receiving part 21. The drain cylinder 3 includes: a discharge port 35 for discharging water; a flow passage 36 for guiding the water received by the water receiving part 21 to the discharge port 35; a movable body 37 capable of opening/closing the flow passage 36; and a support part 38 for supporting the movable body 37 in a state where the flow passage 36 is opened.
