PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the conventional joint structure of an outer wall panel, which is although designed as a dual structure or the like together with employment of a gasket to enhance waterproofing effect, wherein the conventional joint structure, according to subsequent study, undergoes condensation at a gap in the gasket and the condensation moves from the gap of the gasket to be stored on the inner surface of a ceiling layer, resulting in separation of the sealing layer from inside.;SOLUTION: The new joint structure is constituted so that the outer surface of an inexpensive gasket is coated with a heat insulating foamed urethane material to form a sealing condition, and a sealing material is filled on a front surface of the heat insulating foamed material to form a sealing layer. By virtue of this structure, no gap is formed between the outer surface of the gasket and the sealing layer, which leads to elimination of condensation unlike the conventional joint structure.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
