PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically present an optimum exercise prescription for each subject by using several kinds of data of physical functions.SOLUTION: In a system, a storage unit stores: age-specific exercise method tables which define a branch judgment for searching for and determining an exercise method; and a cutoff value table storing cutoff values respectively for a plurality of kinds of measurement data for each age and each gender. A control unit includes: an input data acquisition unit acquiring the age, the gender, and the plurality of kinds of measurement data; a table determination unit determining the age-specific exercise method table based on the age; a cutoff value determination unit determining the cutoff value based on the age and the gender; an exercise method search unit determining the exercise method by performing the branch judgment defined in the determined age-specific exercise method table for each measurement data based on the cutoff value determined for each of the plurality of kinds of measurement data; and an output screen creation unit creating an output screen including the exercise method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
