PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmacy guide system, pharmacy guide device, pharmacy guide program, and pharmacy guide method that allow patients to easily select pharmacies and request preparation of drugs, and impose a little burden on pharmacists at pharmacies.SOLUTION: A pharmacy guide device 10 transmits a waiting time by the pharmacy indicating a time from reception of a prescription to provision of drugs transmitted by first terminal devices 20 installed at pharmacies together with a list of pharmacies to a second terminal device 30 operated by a patient. When the pharmacy guide device is notified of a pharmacy D selected from the list of the pharmacies by the second terminal 30 and receives a photographic image P of a prescription of the patient, it transmits the photographic image P of the prescription to a first terminal device 10 installed at the selected pharmacy D.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
