PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve higher energy conversion efficiency as a solar cell structure having a three-dimensional microstructure pattern.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional microstructure pattern for a solar cell comprises: a plane pattern in which circle lens-like dents are arranged as a three-way arrangement at a pitch shorter than a diameter of the circle in a manner such that plane circles of neighboring two circle lens-like dents partially overlap each other and plane circles of neighboring three circle lens-like dents have no region where the plane circles overlap simultaneously; and a three-dimensional shape in which a portion where the two plane circles overlap each other is partially removed to form a barrier and a portion surrounded by the plane circles of the three circle lens-like dents form triangular pyramidal projections by curved surfaces gently leading out of bottoms of the circle lens-like dents.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
