PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of calculating a basic unit for a manufacturing site in which a work result cannot be collected for each process.SOLUTION: A basic unit calculation device comprises: a storage section for storing information of a basic unit determined in advance for each combination of a product and a production process of a plurality of basic units for either of the product or the production process and an actual value corresponding to the basic unit for the combination of the product and the production process; an error calculation section for identifying an error to a predicted value using the information of the basic unit, for each actual value; a correction object basic unit determination section for identifying a basic unit to be corrected by using a value to which the error is added for each combination of the product and the production process, for the plurality of basic units for either of the product or the production process; and a basic unit correction section for correcting the basic unit to be corrected.
