摘要
Development of electrochemical imunossensor based on carbon nanotube and gold nanoparticles for the detection of alkaline phosphatase the invention presented is characterized by detection of fosfatAlkaline DNase (ALP) in human biological samples, this enzyme is of extreme importance as an aid in the diagnosis of several diseases. However, the methods currently used for the identification of this enzyme require multiple steps of sample processing, in addition to a scale detection limited. Before some limitations for the detection of alkaline phosphatase. The electrochemical biosensors are an alternative to laboratory diagnosis due to its ability to miniaturization and low cost.In the present invention. It was developed a imunossensor electrochemical nanoestruturado with carbon nanotubes decorated with gold nanoparticles (aucnt) chemically coupled to monoclonal antibodies (anti ALP) forEfficient detection of small at higher concentrations of alkaline phosphatase. Some nanostructures such as nanoparticles of gold, are widely used in biotechnology, and mainly in the development of biosensors, acting as a support for biomolecules.Without altering their biological properties and as adjuvants in other nanomaterials. The carbon nanotubes are nanomaterials used in the development of sensors, due to its high general area of connection and electrical conductivity. And when attached to gold nanoparticles, increase the performance of the biodispositivos.
