摘要

The present invention relates to an impedimetric ultrasensitive method for the electro analysis trace amount of Cefepime and Meropenem antibiotics in forensic and pharmaceutical samples. The prepared sensing interface is based on the immobilization of penicilinase onto platinum nanoparticles (PtNPs) adsorbed onto zinc oxide nanoparticles/zinc hexacyanoferrate (ZnONPs/ZnHCF) nanohybrid film electrodeposited on the surface of an florine doped SnO2 glass electrode. Various stages of sensor fabrication are characterized by Dynamic light scattering, Transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscope, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry. The sensing interface demonstrated wide linear range and a low detection limit. The nanostructures based sensor showed good precision, analytical recovery and anti-interference ability which makes this sensing interface suitable for postmortem specimen analyses. The sensor is then tested in blood, gastric lavage and viscera samples.
