Provided are a control device and control method for a direct-current micro-grid, and a direct-current micro-grid system. The control device for a direct-current micro-grid comprises: a detection module (100) for detecting a voltage change ratio on a direct-current bus; and a regulation module (200) for regulating energy compensation of an energy compensation apparatus for the direct-current bus according to the voltage change ratio, detected by the detection module, on a direct-current bus. The control device for the direct-current micro-grid detects, by means of a detection module, a voltage change on a direct-current bus in real time, and a control module regulates, according to a detection result of the detection module, energy compensation of an energy compensation apparatus for the direct-current bus in real time, thereby improving the stability of the voltage on the direct-current bus, and thus making the direct-current micro-grid operate stably.
