摘要

The present invention relates to a lung cancer early diagnosis nanosensor using surface enhanced Raman scattering and a method thereof. The nanosensor comprises: a laser irradiating device for performing a function of irradiating laser light on a sample to obtain a Raman scattering signal; a nanostructured chip for fixing a metal nanoparticle amplifying the Raman scattering signal emitted by the sample on a silicon wafer; a spectroscope for receiving the Raman scattering signal emitted by the sample, and performing a function of obtaining and storing a spectrum therefrom; and an analyzing unit for performing a lung cancer diagnosis through a multivariate analysis on the Raman scattering signal emitted by the sample on the nanostructured chip.
