TiO_2 and SiO_2 are sequentially deposited on a surface of glass to obtain a thickness for infrared transmittance of 70-97%. The glass is cooled at room temperature. Accordingly, it is very usefully applied in various fields such as military crime prevention, and industrial fields as it obtains a discrimination image even in bad weather such as fog, rain, snow, sea fog, and etc.
