摘要

The present invention relates to a tuberculosis diagnosis system based on a sputum smear test, which includes hardware for magnifying and photographing a fluorescent-stained sputum smear slide sample and software for diagnosing whether tuberculosis is positive based on the photographed images. The software includes commands for executing a segmentation step including an image thresholding step and an image contour reading step and a deep learning step.
