The present invention relates to an eco-friendly paint composition. The eco-friendly paint composition according to the present invention comprises 150 to 200 parts by weight of a water-dispersible acrylic resin, 25 to 45 parts by weight of a self-emulsion type epoxy resin, 3 to 8 parts by weight of ethylene glycol, 10 to 20 parts by weight of sericite, 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of an activated carbon, 1 to 2 parts by weight of silver nano-zeolite, 1 to 3 parts by weight of an inorganic flame retardant, 0.5 to 1.0 part by weight of an insect repellent, 1.0 to 1.5 parts by weight of an antifoaming agent, 0.1 to 0.8 part by weight of a dispersant, 0.1 to 0.5 part by weight of a surfactant, and 30 to 60 parts by weight of water. Therefore, the eco-friendly paint composition according to the present invention can be used as an interior finishing material by coating the composition on a wall surface, a ceiling, a floor and the like in a room, can protect humans or animals from insect plague, is beneficial to health of the human body, reduces bad smell or harmful components generated from the structure or a paint, prevents various bacteria, molds or the like harmful to the human body from inhabiting on the surface of the structure, and prevents an occurrence of rust on the surface of the structure by painting the composition on an outer portion of a structure.
