The present invention relates to a method for extracting an extract from Phellinus linteus. A method of using the extract from Phellinus linteus from Uzbekistan includes the process of obtaining the Phellinus linteus extract from Phellinus linteus powder by using the extraction solvent prepared by mixing weak alkaline water in pH 7.4-8.5, ethanol, and iso-propanol at the weight ratio of 20.5:10.5:10.5 at 60-70C for 4-6 hours. The Phellinus linteus extract is mixed with the aloe vera to alleviate atopic dermatitis, reduce skin irritation, and moisturize the skin.
