EXTRACTION METHOD OF BETA-GLUCAN FROM PHELLINUS LINTEUS THROUGH CELL DESTRUCTION BY SUPERSONIC WAVE AND ENZYME FERMENTATION METHOD, THEREBY IMPROVING EXTRACTION EFFICIENCY OF BETA-GLUCAN AND OTHER USEFUL COMPONENTS
PURPOSE: An extraction method of beta-glucan from Phellinus linteus through cell destruction and enzyme fermentation method is provided, thereby improving extraction efficiency of beta-glucan and other useful components by making condition to easily digest a substrate by protease and cellulase. CONSTITUTION: The extraction method of beta-glucan from Phellinus linteus through cell destruction and enzyme fermentation method comprises the steps of: inserting pulverized Phellinus linteus in distilled water; subjecting the Phellinus linteus solution to supersonic waves; extracting the supersonic wave treated Phellinus linteus solution with hot water under 2 to 3 atmosphere; filtering the hot water treated Phellinus linteus solution with a filter; reacting the filtered solution with cellulase and alcalase; and ultra-filtering the enzyme digested solution on a membrane filter.
