The present invention relates to a natural dyeing method of cotton-hansan ramie blended yarn using Persicaria tinctoria, a cotton-hansan ramie blended yarn dyed by the method, and a fabric made of the blended yarn. In the present invention, disadvantages of hansan ramie yarn were complemented by cotton blend and an optimal dyeing method capable of dyeing cotton-hansan ramie blended yarn with high antibacterial properties, deodorizing properties and fastness is provided by providing the optimum blending ratio. Therefore, the present invention is effective for applying natural dyeing to towels and the like which are used daily.
