The business goal management system of an organization is provided. The business goal management system of the present invention comprises a user data input part configured to input business related information related to a predetermined business to be performed in an organization; a similar task retrieval part for retrieving and determining whether there is a task determined to be similar task of the predetermined task from a database based on the inputted task related information according to a predetermined criterion; and a similar task proposing part for acquiring related information about the similar task from the database and providing the same if the similar task of the predetermined task is determined to be present in the database as a retrieval result of the similar task retrieval part. The related information about the similar task includes the setting goal information of the similar task.
