The present invention provides a task goal manager system of an organization. According to the present invention, it is possible to set a goal related to each task of an organization and to obtain an understanding for evaluation of the goal from members of the organization. According to the present invention, the task goal manager system comprises: a user data input unit to which task-related information related to a predetermined job to be performed in an organization is input; a similar task searching unit searching and determining whether there is a job determined to be a similar task of a predetermined task from the database, based on the input task-related information, according to predetermined criteria; and a similar task proposing unit retrieving related information related to the similar task from database and providing the information when the similar task of the predetermined task is determined to be present in the database according to a result of the similar task searching unit.
